Validate Code
Check page code and benefit from error-free web pages.
During the course of designing a website, it is likely you will add and remove various different sections of the page style, layout or content.
During the design process, it is possible that your page code will become disjointed or corrupt without you realizing.
If your page code does not follow the rules of that code language it is noted as 'invalid code'.
If your page contains invalid code, search engines will have trouble indexing your page. In some cases, they will not be able to index it at all.
If a site is incorrectly coded, you risk it not being indexed and listed on search engines.
Most website design packages will have an inbuilt code checker which you can use to check the page code and remove or fix any broken links or unclosed tags.
It is important you check the code for each of your pages.
